Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a very good size and the location of the hotel was comfortable and nicely furnished. However, the room wasn't ready at 3:00, there was no warm cookie, and no parking available, which was a downside. It was also hot the 2nd night of our stay.
The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure all our needs were met. The room access was a bit delayed as we had to wait in the lobby for about 25 minutes, but once inside, the service was attentive. The lack of a comfortable chair in the room was a downside, relying on a less cozy chaise by the window instead.
The hotel is in a prime location close to El Alamo with excellent rooms and superb service. The dining experience was good overall, but improvements are needed. The facilities are well-equipped and maintained, offering a comfortable stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and nice, although a bit small, and some even had a view into the courtyard of the Alamo. The service was top-notch, with everyone from the valet to the restaurant staff being incredibly friendly and full of helpful recommendations. The location was incredible, right next to the Alamo and an easy walk to the Riverwalk. However, the dining options were a bit overpriced and generic. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with great service and a prime location.
The hotel was ideally located near major downtown attractions, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, featuring a small kitchen area that we appreciated. The service was top-notch with helpful and friendly staff. The dining options varied in quality, with some dishes being delicious while others were not very tasty. The facilities were well-maintained and provided a good experience overall.
